This product is a belt designed to protect the waist during weight training.
It can be considered an essential item, especially when performing high-intensity exercises such as deadlifts or squats.
This belt has a width of about 15cm at the part that touches the waist when worn, providing a sense of security.
I think that if you choose the correct size when purchasing, it will provide good protection for your waist.
There were no issues with the delivery of the product.

The belt arrived intact. But the size is completely wrong and does not match the description at all.
Not ok, it takes a long time as described.
Received an initial incorrect item, wrong size. Requested a refund and received another item that was more in line with my needs. After considering returning the item, received a proposal from the seller that satisfied me. Well done.
