Our MOQ depends on the product type and whether you choose standard stock items or custom production:
Catalog stock items — MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU per color. This applies to best-selling products like our elastic ankle supports, knit knee sleeves, and basic resistance bands.
Custom OEM / ODM orders — MOQ starts at 500 pieces per SKU, covering your choice of materials, colors, logo application (heat-transfer, embroidery, or screen printing), and custom packaging.
Trial Order Program — First-time buyers can qualify for a reduced MOQ of 200 pieces per SKU on select catalog items. This lets you test the market before committing to full-scale production. In 2025, we fulfilled over 1,200 trial orders for new B2B partners worldwide.
Our pricing is factory-direct, FOB Shanghai / Ningbo. All figures below are for standard materials and neutral packaging at 500+ unit order quantities:
- Basic elastic knee sleeves — $1.20 to $2.80 / piece. Our YJ-2011 model (knitted, non-slip top, 3D contour) is priced at $1.46/pc at 500 pcs.
- Structured hinged knee braces — $3.50 to $8.00 / piece depending on hinge type (polycentric vs. bi-lateral) and strap configuration.
- Neoprene waist belts — $2.00 to $4.50 / piece with variations for width, closure type (velcro vs. buckle), and lumbar pad inclusion.
- Resistance bands (looped) — $0.60 to $1.80 / piece by length, thickness, and latex vs. TPE material.
OEM logo branding, custom color matching (Pantone), and retail-ready packaging add approximately $0.15 to $0.50 per unit. Submit your product mix and target volumes for a tailored quotation.
Absolutely — OEM and ODM are the core of our business. In 2025, 78% of our B2B orders involved some degree of customization.
OEM (your design, our production): You provide a spec sheet, technical drawing, or reference sample. We handle material sourcing, prototyping, tooling setup, and mass production under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. We have completed OEM runs for brands including Zensah and RFE International.
ODM (we design, you brand): Choose from our catalog of 200+ proven designs. We adapt materials, colors, logos, and packaging to your brand identity. Our in-house engineering team of 15 professionals can deliver the first ODM prototype in 10 to 14 business days.
Custom options include logo heat-transfer / embroidery / screen printing, Pantone color matching, custom material blending (neoprene / nylon / polyester / cotton), retail packaging design, and barcode / UPC assignment. We have completed 85+ OEM/ODM projects for clients across 50+ countries.
Yes — we provide up to 5 free stock samples to qualified B2B buyers. You only cover the courier cost.
Stock samples: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our ready-stock of 30 top SKUs. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS — typically $35 to $65 depending on destination and package weight.
Custom / OEM samples: Lead time of 7 to 12 business days. A development fee of $40 to $120 applies (varies by complexity), and this fee is 100% refundable upon placement of your first confirmed bulk order.
Every sample ships with a measurement and quality checklist so your team can verify dimensional accuracy, stitch density, material composition, and packaging compatibility before approving production.
Our lead times are structured into three tiers:
- Stock samples — 3 to 5 business days from confirmation. Shipped via express courier with tracking.
- Standard bulk orders — 15 to 20 business days from deposit confirmation. This covers material staging, cutting, sewing, assembly, QC inspection, and packing.
- Custom OEM/ODM bulk orders — 25 to 35 business days. Extended time accounts for material sourcing, color matching, tooling (if needed), and additional QC protocols. A custom-molded silicone patellar strap, for instance, requires 5 to 7 extra days for mold fabrication.
Our on-time delivery rate for the first half of 2026 stands at 94.7%, measured against confirmed ETD. Sea freight from Shanghai/Ningbo to Los Angeles: 18 to 22 days (LCL or FCL). To Rotterdam: 28 to 32 days. Weekly production reports with photos are provided throughout the cycle.
Our factory and products are certified for multiple international markets:

Bulk production (first-time buyers) — 30% deposit to initiate production, 70% balance before shipment (against scanned copy of the bill of lading). Our bank is HSBC Shanghai; wire instructions are provided on your proforma invoice.
Established repeat buyers — After 3 to 4 successful transactions with a cumulative order value above $50,000, we can discuss L/C at sight or net-30 terms on the balance.
For orders exceeding $20,000, we accept irrevocable confirmed letters of credit. 95% of new B2B accounts are set up and ready to order within one business day of submitting the required company information.
Quality is built into our process through a four-stage inspection protocol:
Stage 1 — Raw material QC. Every incoming batch of fabric, neoprene, silicone, elastic webbing, and hardware is tested for thickness, tensile strength, color fastness, and dimensional stability before release to production.
Stage 2 — In-process inspection. Line supervisors conduct dimensional tolerance checks at ±1.5 mm and seam strength tests above 15 kgf every 200 units during cutting, stitching, and assembly.
Stage 3 — Final random sampling (AQL). We follow AQL 2.5 normal level II per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. For a 5,000-piece order, our QC team randomly samples 315 units. Acceptance criteria: critical defects = 0, major defects less than 7, minor defects less than 14. Lots exceeding these limits are returned for 100% re-sorting before re-inspection.
Stage 4 — Third-party inspection (optional). SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TUV inspectors are welcome at your cost. We provide a dedicated on-site inspection area and 48-hour advance sample preparation. Our third-party inspection pass rate over the past 12 months is 97.3%.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Quality signed by our QC manager with lot-specific test results, plus a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all B2B orders.
