What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU. For first-time orders we offer flexible terms starting from 100 units. OEM orders: 500 units per design per color.
What is your price range?
Factory-direct pricing ranges from USD 1 to 30 per unit (FOB), depending on product complexity, material, and quantity. Volume discounts available for orders above 2,000 units.
Can you do OEM/ODM?
Yes! We specialize in OEM (custom logo, color, packaging) and ODM (custom design). Send us your reference and our 15 engineers will develop samples within 15-20 days.
What about samples?
Free stock samples available (you pay shipping ~USD 35-65). Custom samples: USD 50-200 depending on complexity, refundable with bulk orders. Sample lead time: 5-7 days stock, 15-20 days custom.
What is your lead time?
Production: 30-45 days from sample approval and deposit. Rush orders: 20-25 days with priority scheduling. Stock products: ships within 5-7 days.
What certifications do you have?
BSCI Certified (Certificate No: 24-0302138, issued by amfori BSCI), CE compliant. SGS, FDA, OEKO-TEX testing available upon request.
What payment methods?
TT (wire transfer, 30% deposit + 70% before shipment), L/C, PayPal (small orders).
