Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (China Standard Time, UTC+8) on weekdays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Special Notice for Middle East Orders

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@skdksport.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it's still missing, contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
