30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Easy Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@skdksport.com to start your return.

  2. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label (Free). For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any additional fees for processing your return.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us immediately at the email above. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.

Custom & Bulk Orders (B2B)
For custom OEM orders or bulk wholesale purchases, return terms are agreed upon separately in your contract. Contact us for details.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't seen the refund after 15 business days from our approval notice, reach out to us.

EU Customers
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
