Refund Policy

SKDK SPORT handles defective products through replacement rather than refund. If a production batch contains defective units (confirmed via pre-shipment inspection), we replace the defective units at no additional cost.

Sample returns are accepted within 30 days for quality evaluation purposes. Shipping costs for sample returns are borne by the buyer unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing error. For refund inquiries, contact support@skdksport.com.
