Why Factory QC Alone Is Not Enough: The End-User Feedback Loop

Factory QC can confirm that a product matches the specification.
It cannot confirm that the specification matches the customer.
That is why SKDK SPORT also sells selected products through B2C platforms. Direct contact with end users gives us another product-development feedback loop that a purely B2B factory never gets.
What End Users Teach Us
Through B2C sales, we can identify recurring questions and complaints around:
- Sizing and fit
- Comfort and material feel
- Compression and adjustability
- Product instructions
- Packaging and first impressions
- Performance after repeated use
We do not redesign a product because of one review. A single comment may reflect personal preference. But when the same issue appears repeatedly, it becomes a signal worth investigating.
From Signal to Action
That signal may lead us to:
- Review the product structure
- Retest a material
- Improve the size guide
- Clarify the intended use case
- Update the packaging
- Add another QC checkpoint

B2C Feedback Complements, Not Replaces, B2B Knowledge
B2C feedback does not replace product testing, manufacturing standards, or the market knowledge of our B2B customers. It helps us ask better questions before developing an OEM or ODM product:
- Who will use it?
- What do they expect?
- Where might they feel confused or disappointed?
A product is not truly understood when it leaves the factory. It is understood when real users begin using it.
